as your travel agent we provide you with travel service on the basis of the following business conditions. Please read these conditions carefully.

1. Sale of Third-Party Services

1.1. We offer the flights in the data base of our website as a third-party service and function as a link between you and the airline respectively consolidators and any other company providing travel service related products.

1.2. Our rights and obligations are a result of these conditions and the German law for providing commissionable services.

1.3. All business and transportation conditions given by the travel service providers mentioned under paragraph 1.1. of these conditions apply as your rights and obligations.

2. Payments, Changes, Cancellations


2.1. Published/Official Fares: The total price of the airline ticket is generally due prior to the issuance of the travel document. On so-called published/official fares tickets usually have to be issued within 24 hours after the initial reservation. A reservation for tickets based on published/official fares will be automatically cancelled after 24 hours (unless stated otherwise by the airline rule) if the full payment of the total price of the ticket is not received by us. Please bear in mind that any price given by the booking engine / database of our website is not guaranteed as long as the booking is not ticketed, which means prices can change between your booking and the ticketing. In case there is a change in price between time of looking and ticketing, you have the right to cancel your booking without penalty, if you decide to deny a changed price. To verify payment, ticket issuance or delivery details with us, please contact us within 24hours after reservation. Please note that this reservation will be cancelled without an alternative if you do not hold yourself to this deadline. After that period you have no legal right to the reservation under the previously confirmed prices and conditions. A reservation only becomes legally binding after examination of the fare rules and completion of contract by written confirmation from the travel vendor or his agent.
US Passport Holder Programs / Military Programs (non-published fares):
Please refer to the next paragraph below (Eligibility for Military Programs) . In case of questions please
call or write us. We can confirm the eligibility to you in writing.

Eligibility for Military Programs: The airlines have different requirements for discounted Military fares.
It could happen that an airline requests from you at the check-in counter to present adequate evidence
that you qualify for a Military fare on your ticket. Here are the requirements of the various airlines:

We will hold a reservation for 3 working days (unless an individual program has a shorter ticketing deadline) without any obligations to the customer. After 3 working days we will automatically cancel the reservation if the customer’s full payment of the price of the ticket including all applicable fees and taxes have not been received. Please bear in mind that any price given by the booking engine / database of our website is not guaranteed as long as the booking is not ticketed, which means prices can change between your booking and the ticketing. In case there is a change in price between time of booking and ticketing, you have the right to cancel your booking without penalty, if you decide not to accept a changed price. To verify payment ticket issuance or delivery details with us, please contact us within 3 days of reservation.
Our office hours are
from Monday to Friday 09:30 AM - 06:00 PM, Saturday 10:00 AM - 02:00 PM.

Our After Hour Service (only by telephone) can be reached by phone Monday to Friday 6 PM to 10 PM and Saturday from 2 PM to 6 PM.

2.2. After the ticket has been issued, there is a charge for date changes /cancellations prior to departure. These charges vary from program to program, however, we are allowed to charge the customer the fees billed by the airlines and other travel service companies. Any charge by the airline for such changes/cancellations will be charged against the customer and have to be paid prior to processing the change/cancellation. No change of routing or destination is allowed unless permitted by the individual program rules given by the airline. Please request the fees at your earliest convenience, referring to the individual travel program.
2.3. Dupe Online Bookings If you create more than one booking on our website (e.g. you made a mistake on your travel dates and you want to give the correct dates in a 2nd booking), you need to inform us by phone or e-mail ASAP! If an airline discovers 2 bookings with matching names, they might cancel both bookings without notice to you. By informing us immediately, we can cancel the redundant booking and nothing can happen to your desired reservation.

3. Passport and Visa Rules / One-Way Travel to Germany
We are not obligated to provide Visa or other legal documents needed for travelling within Germany or outside Germany or from Germany to foreign countries or vice-versa. Please bear in mind that US citizens buying a one-way ticket to Germany , fulfill the Visa regulations only, if they are travelling on Military orders with a valid Military ID card. US passport holders without a Military ID card must have a return ticket to the USA as well and can only stay in Germany maximum 90 days.

4. Customer’s Obligations


4.1. We emphasise, that airline rules have to be obeyed by the customer. In particular this is the obligation to obey check-in times at the check-in counter, and, especially for special and charter flights, to get a confirmation as to returning and connecting flights within the time frames given in your flight itinerary.

4.2. If these obligations are not obeyed, it might result in a loss of your claim for transportation and a loss of a refund (partial or complete) of the paid price of the ticket.

4.3. By national and international rules you have to report a loss or damage of luggage to the airline immediately. Otherwise it might result in loss of your claim for reimbursement.

4.4. You are obligated to obtain information about the immigration rules of each country you travel to or while in transit through it.

4.5. Violations of our services provided have to be reported by you to us immediately to enable us to implement corrections. If you fail to inform us in a timely manner, you lose any right for possible reimbursements.

5. Our Liability


5.1. We process each assignment for providing travel services with utmost perfection which is required from us by law, however, we do not guarantee the success of the services.

5.2. The contents of the database are based on information provided by the airline respectively the provider of the travel service. These contents are not guaranteed by us.

5.3. We do not guarantee the actual availability of the travel dates stated in the flight database, its routes and fares. This exclusion is not valid if incorrect data has been known by us. Our liability is limited to gross negligence.

6. Miscellaneous


6.1. Any claims against us – except claims resulting from illegal actions – are invalid after 6 months of the agreed return flight date.

6.2. Any law suits resulting from the travel service agreement have to be handled by a court located in the district of our company location (registered in Weiden/Germany).

6.3. If one or several of the rules are invalid or will be invalid, any other rules of these conditions remain effective.
